I received my Masters of Science in Nutrition Education in Columbia University. Prior to that, I graduated from New York University with honors.
I do research at NYU Langone medical school on improving the diabetes care for Chinese immigrants with diabetes. published papers and abstracts on ADA and other conferences and journals. Chapter writing on clinical management of T1D

Besides that, I have also finished the 1200 hour dietetic internship where I gained an extensive experience and training in nutrition including oncology, geriatric, women’s health and community nutrition.
